Really kind people. Yazen was very helpful. We came in last minute and had a huge dine in order with a bunch of burgers and a few crispy chickens and it met up to our standards. Our order came in around 15 mins and honestly looked amazing. The food, service and atmosphere was incredible. I reccomend getting the 5.99 smash burger. I personally got 2 and man it filled me up. Very clean tables and floors. 10/10 will come again.

While Fratelli’s always delivers on quality food, the customer service at the front register needs serious management attention. We’ve had repeated issues with items being promised and left out, along with an indifferent attitude when asking to speak with a manager to resolve it. Great food only goes so far without reliable customer support. We hope ownership takes note and addresses the front-desk service standards so it matches the quality of the kitchen.

Honestly, this is some of the best food I’ve had, wallah. Huge thanks to Yazan and Abo Moe for always taking care of me. Yazan helped me pick from the huge variety of food they have, and he was completely honest. He recommended his personal favorites and the most popular items instead of just trying to sell me anything. I’ve been here a few times before, but today’s food was so good I had to leave a review. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff provided amazing service. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and made you feel appreciated. Abo Moe has hooked me up more than once, and even on the rare occasion my order wasn’t perfect, they fixed it immediately, even when it was something small like a missing combo item. Now the food. Wallah, it was so good I almost went back for seconds, but somehow I held myself back. The $3.99 wraps are seriously addictive, and the pizza was so soft it practically melted in my mouth. I’ve already told my whole family about this place because it deserves the recognition. It’s honestly one of Dearborn’s hidden gems. I’ve also eaten at the Dearborn Heights location, and while it’s still good, the Dearborn location is on another level. Same menu, differ

Moe & the staff at Fratelli's hooked up a late-request to cater our event. Everyone kept asking where we got this great pizza. Awesome job well done and excellently packed for delivery so everything came out perfect when we unboxed it.

Me and my kids were out shopping running errands so we decided to stop at the pizza place on our way home. We ordered four large pizza some wings and I ordered a Smashburger combo as well. The food took about 35 minutes but like I said last minute on our way home, didn’t mind the wait . I didn’t check the pizza so as soon as we got home to Detroit, I start to make plates and all the pizzas are burnt hard ! And for that Long of a of a wait the pizza should’ve been done correctly! It won’t let me upload the video I took, but they were hard as the rock we can literally hit them on the counter. I was so upset I will never be returning. I spent $115 for burnt pizza. I feel like I should’ve just went to Little Caesars. We still have a whole two boxes left the kids picked around The boxes and ate what was edible ! It shouldn’t even have been like that we should’ve been able to enjoy our food and to be so far out of our way I didn’t even wanna drive back. Didn’t even want the hassle because he didn’t give me receipt and I just didn’t feel like arguing with anybody . just never returning ! I’ll spend my money somewhere else. Imagine waiting 35 minutes just to get home and your pizza is bur
